IMPORTANT DATES:

by March 10, 2026 — Registration and submission of abstracts;
by March 22, 2026 — Notification of inclusion of the presentation in the program;
by March 25, 2026 — Deadline for payment of the registration fee;
by March 30, 2026 — Submission of the draft Congress Program;
by April 1, 2026 — Publication of the final version of the Congress Program.

CONFERENCE DATES:

April 3, 2026 (Friday) — Arrival day.
April 4, 2026 (Saturday) — Registration; Opening of the Congress;

Plenary sessions of the Congress;

Plenary and sectional sessions of the conferences.

April 5, 2026 (Sunday) — Social Day;

Excursions around the Turkestan Region.

April 6, 2026 (Monday) — Plenary sessions of the Congress;

Plenary and sectional sessions of the conferences;

Ceremonial session of the Congress in honor of the 80th anniversary

of Academician T.Sh. Kalmenov;

Closing of the Congress.

April 7, 2026 (Tuesday) — Continuation of the conferences;

Departure of Congress participants.

PAYMENTS:

The Congress registration fee is 40,000 KZT per participant.
All students, master’s students, and doctoral students, are exempt from paying the registration fee.

We kindly request that the payment be completed by March 25.
